Hi, I’m Rachel

Rachel Le, MA, LPCC, LMHC (she/her)
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
Licensed Mental Health Counselor

Navigating families of origin with different languages, values, and beliefs is central to my experience. Helping families and individuals navigate complex social environments is my passion. I'm the daughter of an ethnically Jewish family, married to a first-generation Vietnamese American man. We have three beautiful children. My greatest clinical strengths are in supporting Atheist/Agnostic, Buddhist, Christian and Jewish clients. I believe in providing high quality care for folks who are neurodiverse and looking for support in improving their careers, education, and relationships. This is especially true into adulthood, when services that help us thrive socially and professionally often become more limited. Asha is here to help bridge that gap.

As a Licensed Counselor in Minnesota and Florida, my focus is on self-awareness, practical goal setting, and communication. I provide individual and family therapy to ages 12+. The way we talk to ourselves is just as important as how we speak to others. Telling your story in a way that allows you to live in congruence with your values is vital to your mental wellbeing. If you don't trust your own narrative, it's hard to take the next step! Building trust with ourselves and others takes time, but it is so worth it. I look forward to joining you on the journey to more congruent, peaceful living. Whether you're looking for support in parenting (or co-parenting), managing family conflicts, navigating a challenging workplace or school environment, or just need help with identity and goal development, I'm honored to meet you in that space.

I work with folx ages 12+ and am available via telehealth for clients located in Minnesota and Florida. I am in network with Optum.
