Hi, I’m Rachel
Rachel Le, MA, LPCC (she/her)
Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor
Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Westernized mental health has room to grow, especially in embracing the healing practices and values my clients hold dear. I attend carefully to the cultural and religious traditions of my clients with humility. I'm especially passionate about caring for clients of Jewish, Native American, east African, and southeast Asian descent. My own family is a mixture of Jewish, Vietnamese, and Navajo identities and traditions. The faith traditions I support clients with most often are Christian, Jewish, and Buddhist, although I am comfortable working with clients of all faiths, including those who are agnostic/atheist. My approach emphasizes affirming all neurotypes, ways of being, and ways of knowing. As a neurodivergent therapist myself (AuDHD), I'm acutely aware of how expectations and social styles vary, and the pressures to conform to mainstream culture can feel overwhelming. When our communication styles or values seem to conflict with those we love, in educational spaces, or in professional settings, I'm thoughtful about helping my clients navigate these environments while staying true to themselves, with safety close in mind.
Whether you are looking for therapy or psychological testing to clarify your next steps, I'm honored to meet you in that space. I offer DBT, EMDR, IFS, narrative, expressive arts, and trauma-informed CBT as my primary therapy modalities. I discuss all options with my clients and apply the modalities that best fit their goals, healing preferences, and learning styles. Thank you for entrusting me to bear witness with intentional support on your healing journey.
As a Licensed Counselor in Minnesota, my focus is on self-awareness, practical goal setting, and communication. I provide individual and family therapy to ages 12+. The way we talk to ourselves is just as important as how we speak to others. Telling your story in a way that allows you to live in congruence with your values is vital to your mental wellbeing. If you don't trust your own narrative, it's hard to take the next step! Building trust with ourselves and others takes time, but it is so worth it. I look forward to joining you on the journey to more congruent, peaceful living. Whether you're looking for support in parenting (or co-parenting), managing family conflicts, navigating a challenging workplace or school environment, or just need help with identity and goal development, I'm honored to meet you in that space.
Available for Individual Therapy, Couples Therapy, and Family Therapy.
I work with folx ages 12+ and am available via telehealth for clients located in Minnesota. I am in network with Optum, HealthPartners, and Minnesota Medicaid.
